Big News

Well, I turned in my two-week notice to The Firm this morning. Without having anything else lined up. Brilliant move, huh?

Yes, I know that the economy is terrible and this is, like, the worst time ever to be trying to find work...but I also know myself, and I knew that until I was forced to search for a new job (forced by the prospect of being broke, of course), I would never really do it. And I needed to do it. For my sanity.

In the words of Otis Redding: I can't do what ten people tell me to do....

I'm beginning my job hunt ASAP, so if anyone has any good leads, please let me know!

Who in the blue hell is trying to be the second Pinto? Come up with your own Delta Tau Chi name.

Well "Pinto" you seem to be the only one she listens to harrassment from without deleting the post.

Why should I have to listen to "harrassment" from anyone? Why can't we all just get along?

I think it's pronounced "harassment".

:)

Hm. That doesn't work so well in print.

Things seldom do, and harrassment is part of life. Especially when the opportunity is SO easy to take advantage of due to the vast amount of material to harrass one on.

Hey, 1:33 anon, learn to spell; or admit your Cal.

Also the 9:42 Pinto, I was taught in the 3rd grade that you only end a sentence with a question mark if you begun the sentence with a question. Actually if you look at your second sentence it is incoherent. It should read:

"Job hunting so early in the morning? Is there not work to be done?"
