Recovering

Just checkin' in to let y'all know that I'm okay...mostly. The first couple of days after my surgery were pretty miserable, as you'll see when I post the pictures that Philly took (thanks a lot, Philly!), but I'm doing a little better today. Now I just wish that I could bite into a big ole juicy hamburger! Trust me when I say that you don't know hunger unless you've had your jaws wired shut. (Or, unless you've been stranded in the woods without food, or something.)

I'm sorry to be brief, but I'm still a little loopy from the pain meds, and it's about time for my hourly nap. I'll try to post again soon!
