I'm always on the lookout for good-quality, inexpensive magazines, and I recently found one that's both of those things: Radar Magazine.
Radar seems to be aimed toward the more liberally-minded audience; for instance, the cover photo on this month's issue is a picture of George W. Bush riding a WMD and carrying a Bible and a bottle of Wild Turkey. (Hehe.) And one of the articles is a how-to guide for Facebook networking.
If you're looking for something that's a little bit Politics and a little bit Pop Culture (kinda like a little bit Country and a little bit Rock n Roll), then I recommend trying it out...heck, for only a dollar an issue ($10 for 10 issues), it's not gonna break the bank. You can order a subscription on the website.
